Apparently, someone has not spoken to the Administration lately. From today's NY Times...

"A member of a terrorist organization is not necessarily a terrorist," a senior American official said. "To take action against somebody, you have to demonstrate that they have done something."

I think an enterprising young reporter should ask the President, who once said, "We make no distinction between terrorists and those who knowingly harbor or provide aid to them.", if he agrees with this radical new approach.
